We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

All sales are final. Customers have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any issues or damages. If there is a problem with your order, please email us at support@harvestserenity.com with your order number and photos of the product.
