At Harvest Serenity by Avi, each item is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Because of the nature of our products — including soaps, candles, and bath items — all sales are final for the safety and integrity of our products.

However, your satisfaction means everything to us. If there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or an error in fulfillment, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to review your concern and work toward a resolution.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Refunds (if approved) will be issued via store credit in the form of a gift card!
