Please allow 3–4 business days for processing before your order ships. Each product is handmade in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. During peak seasons, sales, or new launches, processing times may be slightly longer.
If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, your entire order will ship together once all items are complete.
📦 Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and order size. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing theharvestserenity@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product.
